What to wear: Solid colors, no all white or black. No light blue. No large earrings or large necklaces. We see you from the chest up so pants are up to you. Come with hair and face camera ready! Not too much make up for the ladies.

What to prepare: 20 seconds (please time yourself) of you being you. Speak naturally and conversationally, but with expression. You can tell a quick story, a joke, talk about a vacation, or a philosophy of yours. Anything, really. Damon will work with you on making it concise, clean, and GOOD!
